What does the training programme look like?

A structured 90-day ramp-up covering market fundamentals, prospecting techniques, client presentation skills, financial analysis (CPF, TDSR, ABSD), and our asset progression methodology. After the initial programme, you'll continue with weekly team training, deal reviews, and specialist masterclasses.

What kind of support can I expect?

You'll be paired with a senior mentor for 1-on-1 coaching, have access to team-level lead generation, marketing templates, CRM tools, and a culture where asking for help is encouraged. We also co-broker on your early deals so you learn by doing, not just watching.

Is this a full-time commitment?

Real estate is a business, and the agents who do best treat it that way. We recommend committing full-time for the best results. That said, we understand transitions take time — we'll work with you to create a realistic timeline if you're making a career switch.
